Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify high-quality leads using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, and others.
- Develop tailored proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align proposals with business capabilities and client needs.
- Analyze market trends to discover new opportunities for business growth.
- Manage client relationships post-acquisition to ensure long-term success and upselling.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
Strong command over LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other freelancing/lead-gen platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
