- Hunt, identify, and convert new business opportunities in HR services (B2B).
- Build a high-value client pipeline across industries.
- Craft and execute targeted sales strategies to dominate the HR solutions market.
- Dive into market research to spot unmet needs and emerging trends.
- Engage prospects through persuasive pitches, meetings, and networking.

- 3+ years in B2B sales/business development (HR/consulting background = big plus!).
- A proven hunter with a track record of smashing targets.
