Job Description
As a Business Development Executive at our dynamic fintech company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expansion within the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships and opportunities that contribute to our market presence, revenue targets, and overall business objectives.
Duties & Job Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads and sales opportunities through cold calls, soft sales calls, emails, direct sales, and referrals.
- Collaborating with your line manager and other respective departments to close sales
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales using CRM software.
- Reporting of SPD’s (sales per day) via system and create follow ups to meet targets assigned.
- Ensure that the targeted calling and conversion percentages are met on monthly basis.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Train the new joiners and officers in the Business Development department.
- Growing business through the development of new leads.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up on calls made.
- Must have good leadership skills to handle a team.
