๐ผ What You'll Be Doing

HR Onboarding Support
๐ฅ Liaise with IT for new hires (email + Discord account setup) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
๐ Collect candidate data during the initial screening process and ensure all necessary documents and details are properly recorded and filed.

Attendance & Payroll Management
๐ Maintain monthly attendance sheets (arrival, departure, WFH, latecomers, leaves).
๐ฐ Ensure accurate entry of claims, overtime, and deductions for payroll.
๐ Submit data to tax consultant & validate monthly payroll with precise tax deductions.

Tax & Compensation Coordination
๐งพ Coordinate with tax consultants for employee queries.
๐ Prepare & distribute salary slips and tax certificates in collaboration with tax advisor.

Office Management & Vendor Communication
๐งผ Ensure office cleanliness through coordination with third-party cleaning staff.
๐ Regularly update cleaning SOPs based on workspace needs.
๐ Handle monthly grocery procurement for the office, ensuring timely restocking of kitchen and pantry supplies.

Documentation & Contracts
๐๏ธ Draft and update employee contracts with precision.

Financial Operations Assistance
๐ธ Maintain smooth coordination with Accounts Intern to ensure timely contractor/client payments.
๐ฆ Liaise with banks bi-monthly for bank statements (15th & 30th).
๐ค Prepare remittance forms for incoming payments and ensure timely crediting.

Internal Communications
๐ฃ Announce gazetted holidays, remote days, or special notices from management.

โ๏ธ Hands-on experience in payroll/tax handling & employee affairs.
โ๏ธ Strong communicator who can bridge gaps between HR, Finance, and Operations.
โ๏ธ Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
