๐Ÿข Work Mode: Full-Time Onsite
๐Ÿ’ธ Salary: Starting from PKR 40,000/month (negotiable based on skills & experience)
๐Ÿš— Travel Allowance: Based on commute distance

๐Ÿ’ผ What You'll Be Doing
โœ… HR Onboarding Support
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Liaise with IT for new hires (email + Discord account setup) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
๐Ÿ“ Collect candidate data during the initial screening process and ensure all necessary documents and details are properly recorded and filed.

โœ… Attendance & Payroll Management
๐Ÿ•’ Maintain monthly attendance sheets (arrival, departure, WFH, latecomers, leaves).
๐Ÿ’ฐ Ensure accurate entry of claims, overtime, and deductions for payroll.
๐Ÿ“‘ Submit data to tax consultant & validate monthly payroll with precise tax deductions.

โœ… Tax & Compensation Coordination
๐Ÿงพ Coordinate with tax consultants for employee queries.
๐Ÿ“„ Prepare & distribute salary slips and tax certificates in collaboration with tax advisor.

โœ… Office Management & Vendor Communication
๐Ÿงผ Ensure office cleanliness through coordination with third-party cleaning staff.
๐Ÿ“‹ Regularly update cleaning SOPs based on workspace needs.
๐Ÿ›’ Handle monthly grocery procurement for the office, ensuring timely restocking of kitchen and pantry supplies.

โœ… Documentation & Contracts
๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ Draft and update employee contracts with precision.

โœ… Financial Operations Assistance
๐Ÿ’ธ Maintain smooth coordination with Accounts Intern to ensure timely contractor/client payments.
๐Ÿฆ Liaise with banks bi-monthly for bank statements (15th & 30th).
๐Ÿ“ค Prepare remittance forms for incoming payments and ensure timely crediting.

โœ… Internal Communications
๐Ÿ“ฃ Announce gazetted holidays, remote days, or special notices from management.

The role of Business Operations Specialist is subject to change based on evolving business needs. Routine and ad-hoc tasks may be added or removed accordingly.

โœ”๏ธ Hands-on experience in payroll/tax handling & employee affairs.
โœ”๏ธ Strong communicator who can bridge gaps between HR, Finance, and Operations.
โœ”๏ธ Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with payroll software/tools
Exposure to HR and administrative tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.
