Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
Collaborating with company executives and the engineering team to determine the most viable approach to pursue new business opportunities
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration on Asana
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Arranging meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Basic understanding of customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
