Job Description
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team and help develop the next generation of contact center technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- It is Tech Support related job. Working hours can vary.
- Develop and implement Amazon Connect & Open source Freeswitch for contact centers.
- Enhance contact center capabilities using engagement tools within the Call Center ecosystem.
- Integrate and develop contact flows for IVR using Amazon Connect, incorporating Lambda, DynamoDB, API integration, and data dips.
- Design and implement solutions using AWS services such as Lex (voice and chat), Lambda, Translate, QnA Bot, Contact Lens, and various reporting and dashboard tools.
- Script and develop AWS environments as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Automate contact center processes and workflows using AWS services and scripting languages.
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot AWS environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Understanding of GenAI ( Amazon Bedrock)
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with engagement tools within the AWS and Amazon ecosystem.
- Hands-on AWS implementation experience across a broad range of services related to omnichannel contact centers.
- Proficiency in Python, REST API, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3, and CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting skills and a mindset focused on automation.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools for infrastructure such as code.
- OpenSIP, Freeswitch, basic understanding of SIP trunks, troubleshooting & networks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a university
- AWS certifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
