About the role:
We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Associate to make outbound calls to U.S. small businesses and schedule qualified appointments. You will follow a proven script, log call outcomes, and hand off leads to our closer.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to targeted businesses
Follow our call script and objection handling guide
Qualify prospects using our checklist
Schedule appointments into shared calendar
Record notes in CRM
Maintain activity targets
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English
Confident phone presence
Reliable internet and headset
Experience in cold calling preferred
Able to work nightshift (7pm-3am) hours — full-time
