Are you a creative, trend-savvy storyteller with a knack for making content go viral? Hashtag Media is looking for a Content Creator to join our onsite team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad and drive engagement for Western audiences on Facebook.
⚠️ This is an onsite night-shift role (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday). Remote applicants need not apply.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Research and spot viral trends, memes, formats & hot topics
🔹 Create, edit & design engaging content using Canva, Photoshop, and similar tools
🔹 Analyze content performance and replicate successful viral strategies
🔹 Stay updated on Facebook algorithms, trends & content styles
🔹 Ensure all content complies with Facebook Community Standards
✅ Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year experience in social media growth or content creation
✔ Proven experience managing or scaling viral Facebook pages
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Canva & Photoshop
✔ Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
✔ Excellent creative judgment & understanding of shareable content
✔ Strong English & research skills
✔ Open-minded, experimental, and quick to adapt to trends
