We are looking for a Creative Content Designer to craft engaging visuals, videos, and social media content that align with the client’s brand identity. If you have a passion for design and social media, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Design graphics, infographics, and branding materials for social media.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and TikToks to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to execute content strategies.
- Ensure a consistent brand aesthetic across all platforms.
- Repurpose content across different channels (Instagram → TikTok → LinkedIn).
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of social media aesthetics & content trends.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics & animations (preferred but optional).
KPIs
- Engagement Rate – Likes, shares, and saves on posts.
- Video Performance – Views & watch time on video content.
- Brand Recognition – Increase in audience awareness and consistency in branding.
