Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute content strategies for campaigns, products, services, and events
2. Write content for social media, websites, blogs, press releases, emailers, and event collaterals
3. Use AI tools to ideate, draft, and refine content while maintaining originality and brand voice
4. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals
5. Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights
6. Create content calendars and manage timelines across multiple projects
7. Optimise content for SEO and digital performance
8. Support event communication (pre-event, live, post-event storytelling)
9. Track content performance and suggest improvements using analytics tools
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or communications
2. Strong writing and editing skills (short-form, long-form, creative, technical)
3. Hands-on experience with AI content tools.
4. Ability to adapt tone and messaging across platforms and audiences
5. Basic knowledge of SEO, funnels, and content performance metrics
6. Event-related communication experience is a plus
7. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
8. Collaborative mindset with creativity and initiative
Preferred Skills:
1. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
2. Understanding of paid media campaigns and content alignment
3. Experience writing for both B2B and B2C audiences
4. Knowledge of video/reel scripting and storytelling
