Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and digital marketing? We're looking for a Creative Designer & Digital Media Executive to join our team and help build our brands through impactful visuals and engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Design product mock-ups, packaging, labels, brochures, catalogs, and marketing materials.
✔ Create professional logos, brand identities, and visual concepts for new and existing products.
✔ Design high-quality social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
✔ Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
✔ Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content that increases brand awareness and customer engagement.
✔ Produce creative reels, short videos, and marketing content for digital campaigns.
✔ Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies.
✔ Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print media.
✔ Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Media Sciences, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
💼 Experience:
2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, and social media management.
Required Skills
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW
✅ Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar creative tools
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing logos, product mock-ups, packaging designs, branding, and social media creatives
✅ Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
✅ Basic understanding of photography, videography, and video editing
✅ Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
