We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Creative Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. You’ll work closely with our senior creative lead to create engaging visuals that align with client expectations and our brand standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a good sense of aesthetics, and the ability to bring ideas to life through design.
Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms
• Collaborate with the senior creative lead to understand project goals
• Develop and adapt design concepts based on feedback
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
• Work on a variety of projects including social media graphics, banners, ads, brochures, presentations, etc.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools
✅ Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects )
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
Training Period:
For the first 3 months, you'll be required to attend training sessions on-site from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Once the team deems you fully trained and ready, you'll transition to the regular shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and focus on core design responsibilities.
Compensation:
