Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress.
- Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing website designs.
- Develop custom themes and plugins tailored to specific project requirements.
- Ensure high-performance and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure an effective, visually appealing, and intuitive implementation.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to WordPress installations, including scalability and security concerns.
- Stay updated with new trends and best practices in WordPress development.
- Conduct website performance tests and optimize load times and scalability.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with PHP and MySQL, especially as it relates to WordPress.
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
- Strong understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage projects, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
