🌍 We are Hiring – Data Analyst (Subscriber & Churn Analytics)
📍 Location: Islamabad | 🏢 Hybrid Working Model | Full-Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support subscriber data validation, churn analysis, and automated reporting. This role works closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Care to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Extract, clean, and validate subscriber data from OSS/BSS systems
• Audit churn, service-level changes, and subscriber history data
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
• Develop automated reports and dashboards using BI tools
• Partner with reporting teams to improve data integrity and efficiency
• Prepare clear, insight-driven presentations for senior management
• Support process improvements related to reporting and data accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI roles
• Strong skills in SQL and Excel
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Familiarity with data automation or scripting (Python/R – preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred:
• Telecom or subscription-based industry experience
• Knowledge of churn analysis and subscriber lifecycle
• Exposure to OSS/BSS systems
