Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Full-Time – In-House)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team at our Clifton office. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in data entry along with basic knowledge of HTML, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to manage digital content efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets
Manage and organize large volumes of information with high attention to detail
Create and format documents using Microsoft Word
Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, filtering, basic functions)
Upload and edit website content using basic HTML knowledge
Maintain proper documentation and digital records
Verify data accuracy and correct inconsistencies
Coordinate with internal departments for information updates
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word
Basic hands-on knowledge of HTML (tags, formatting, basic structure)
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of internet research and file management
Preferred Skills
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Basic understanding of formatting images and web content
Familiarity with Google Sheets & Google Docs
Work Conditions
Full-time, in-house position
Office-based role in Clifton
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, if applicable)
