I am hiring a Data Entry Operator.

Salary: 40K-50k
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers.
Enter, update, and verify customer information in the system.
Address customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and data accuracy.
Ensure customer data privacy and follow company policies.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry.
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM software, and data entry tools.
Ability to handle customer interactions and data processing.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
