ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage, maintain, and secure the organization’s databases.
· Ensure data integrity & compliance, availability, and performance optimization.
· Manage functions such as database replication, backup & recovery, database auditing and security & access control.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· SQL Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL queries and database structures.
· Security Best Practices: Understanding of encryption, authentication, and access controls.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues efficiently.
· At least a Bachelor’s degree
· 3 – 5 years of experience in similar function, preferably in insurance or financial services sector, good communication skills
