Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee projects in our Design Domain during the night shift at our Karachi office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Handle queries and concerns, particularly with international clients over calls.
- Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content teams, to ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor project performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the design industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients over phone calls.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects during night shifts.
