Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior Developer passionate about AI and blockchain technologies to collaborate on training and integrating AI models tailored to personalized coaching and counseling. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to bring COPE AI’s vision to life, focusing on developing our MVP and refining AI models for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on training AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face, fine-tuning pretrained models for domain-specific tasks.
Assist in curating and preprocessing datasets for AI training.
Build and maintain Web3 features, including tokenomics, decentralized identity systems, and smart contracts using Solidity or similar technologies.
Integrate AI models into a secure and scalable MVP platform.
Support the development of user-friendly frontend interfaces for seamless AI interactions.
Debug, test, and optimize AI and blockchain components to ensure high performance.
Work closely with the leadership team to align technical outputs with strategic objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Solidity.
Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
Enthusiasm for Web3 technologies and AI-driven applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms like Aethir, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of tokenomics or experience working with staking mechanisms.
Prior experience building MVPs or contributing to open-source AI/ML projects.
