We are hiring a skilled, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketer to lead our eCommerce operations, optimize online campaigns, and drive digital growth. If you are passionate about ads, analytics, and conversion strategies, this role is an excellent fit!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. eCommerce Platform Management
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other marketplaces
Conduct keyword research, SEO improvements, and content optimization
Monitor pricing, promotions, competition, and marketplace trends
2. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
Run high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon PPC, Noon Sponsored Ads
Optimize ads to maximize ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition
Handle retargeting, segmentation, and customer funnels
3. Social Media & Creative Content
Create strategic, engaging content for all social platforms
Work with designers to produce compelling visuals and videos
Manage content calendars and build community engagement
4. Analytics, Data & Reporting
Track KPIs including Traffic, Conversions, CAC, ROAS
Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
Use GA4, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and marketplace dashboards
5. Website & Conversion Optimization
Improve Shopify store UX, speed, SEO, and mobile performance
Run A/B testing on landing and product pages
Implement CRO strategies to boost conversions
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and overall eCommerce marketing
Strong command of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Ads, Analytics
Strong budgeting, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and creativity
🔹 Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
Knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations, and CRO tools
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other CRM tools
Understanding of the UAE/GCC eCommerce markets
