Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to support our marketing operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with prior experience working with U.S.-based companies who can efficiently manage marketing tasks across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional English proficiency, strong copywriting skills, and attention to detail to assist in content creation, marketing coordination, and brand alignment. This role is highly writing-intensive, requiring the ability to draft, refine, and optimize marketing copy for various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Data Management:

  • Maintain and update marketing spreadsheets, reports, and campaign performance trackers.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in property listings across marketing platforms.
  • Organize and standardize marketing materials for easy access by internal teams.

Content & Creative Coordination:

  • Draft, proofread, and refine marketing copy for flyers, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing leadership and designers, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with strategic goals.

Technology & Platform Management:

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in property listings across marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain Google My Business profiles for properties.
  • Assist in managing marketing automation tools and campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, administration, or a similar role
  • 3-5 years of experience working with U.S.-based companies
  • Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills
  • Strong organizational, data management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar
  • Knowledge of real estate or property management marketing
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
