Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Karāchi. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, communicating effectively, conducting sales activities, and performing research to support lead generation efforts.

 

Timings: 8 PM - 5 AM

Location: Tipu Sultan, Karachi

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across META (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
  • Identify target audiences, create customer segments, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.
  • Design and launch high-performing ads (images, copy, video) tailored to specific target audiences.
  • A/B test creatives, headlines, and call-to-actions to continuously improve ad performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust bidding strategies and budget allocation.
  • Set up and manage tracking (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) to ensure proper conversion tracking.
  • Provide regular performance reports to management with insights on campaign effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and lead quality.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Plan and execute seasonal and product-specific ad campaigns to meet business goals.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Work closely with sales and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with broader marketing and sales goals.
  • Track ad spend across different platforms to ensure campaigns remain within allocated budget.
