About the Role:
Paragon Global, a rapidly growing freelancing company, is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Expert to manage Mailchimp campaigns, LinkedIn lead generation, and Calendly automation.
The ideal candidate will create and optimize digital campaigns that generate leads, build engagement, and support the sales and recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Create and manage Mailchimp email campaigns (newsletters, outreach, automation).
✅ Generate and nurture B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
✅ Manage Calendly scheduling for calls, demos, and follow-ups.
✅ Track campaign results and prepare weekly performance reports.
✅ Collaborate with team members to align campaigns with company goals.
Qualifications:
🎯 Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation.
🎯 Proficiency in Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Calendly, and CRM tools.
🎯 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
🎯 Ability to manage multiple campaigns remotely and meet deadlines.
