Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Expert role based in Lahore. The Digital Marketing Expert will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search to generate leads and support sales goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media presence, creating and optimizing content for various platforms, and monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools.

The role will also involve collaborating with sales and operations teams to align digital initiatives with client requirements, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements. The ideal candidate will stay current with digital trends, experiment with new tools and approaches, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

1. Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to internal teams and clients.
2. Marketing and marketing strategy skills, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
3. Hands-on experience with social media marketing, including content planning, community management, and engagement growth.
4. Sales and lead-generation awareness, with the ability to align digital campaigns to support revenue and client acquisition goals.
5. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics {Very Imp}, email marketing tools, CRM systems).
6. Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
7. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
