What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing a full-scale digital marketing department.
🔹Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹Proven expertise in strategy development, execution, and cross-channel optimization.
🔹Hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, brand management, and performance marketing.
🔹Strong analytical, data-driven mindset, and ability to interpret insights to optimize campaigns.
🔹Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
🔹Experience managing vendors, production teams, influencers, and outsourcing partners.
🔹Passion for AI tools implementation, innovation, and experimentation in digital marketing.
