UnReal Pays is looking for a 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead and scale the marketing function for an IT services company. This role requires a mix of 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 with advanced digital marketing tools. The ideal candidate will drive 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 in international markets.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies for IT services.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to meet business goals.
• Run high-impact campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other B2B platforms.
• Manage & optimize campaigns using 𝗚𝗔𝟰, 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼, 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗧𝗠.
• Lead 𝗦𝗘𝗢, 𝗖𝗥𝗢, 𝗣𝗥 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 initiatives.
• Drive client acquisition and sales growth through innovative campaigns.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and recommend competitive strategies.
Requirements:
✔️ 9+ years in digital marketing (IT services preferred).
✔️ Certified Google Product Specialist (GA4, Merchant Center, Looker Studio, Search Console, GTM).
✔️ Strong track record in B2B marketing & international client acquisition.
✔️ Deep expertise in SEO, CRO, PR outreach, and data-driven strategy.
✔️ Must be based in 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱/𝗥𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 for onsite work.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱:
• Experience in SaaS and enterprise-level B2B strategies.
• Exposure to international markets & services-based projects.
