Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.


Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans that align with the company's goals.
  • Execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.



  • Capture high-quality photographs that align with the brand's visual identity and storytelling objectives.
  • Conduct photoshoots for various purposes, including products, events, and promotional materials.
  • Edit and retouch images to ensure a polished and professional final product.


  • Shoot and edit videos for diverse purposes such as marketing campaigns, social media content, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand video requirements and execute creative concepts.
  • Ensure video content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Implement and refine SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Initiate ad campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Utilize analytics tools to extract actionable insights, continuously optimizing digital marketing campaigns.


SEM (Search Engine Marketing):

  • Manage PPC campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to increase visibility and conversions while maintaining a strong ROI.


Content Creation

  • Create compelling content for various digital channels.
  • Proficiently use video editing software to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Ensure content maintains brand voice and resonates effectively with target the audience.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
  • Create content, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, engagement, conversions, and other key metrics.


Staying Updated:

  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Attend workshops, webinars, and networking events to stay informed.



  • Mass communication degree or relevant field.



  • 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be considered a plus point.
