About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be crucial in driving our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads for our telehealth services. Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels.
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.
Marketing Execution:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Manage social media presence, create engaging content, and run social media ad campaigns.
- Create and curate compelling content (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos) to attract and engage the target audience.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote our services.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Identify and target key demographics and audience segments.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Effectively communicate marketing plans, performance results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and other relevant marketing technologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus.
