Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy tailored to the BPO industry.
- Align marketing campaigns with business objectives, ensuring brand positioning and lead generation.
- Stay ahead of BPO industry trends and implement innovative marketing techniques.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:
- Drive targeted lead generation campaigns using PPC, SEO, and paid social media.
- Optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads to maximize conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
- Implement email marketing campaigns and automation tools to nurture leads.
SEO & Content Strategy:
- Oversee SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Develop high-quality content marketing campaigns, including blogs, case studies, and website content, tailored to BPO services.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website and landing pages for conversions.
Social Media & Branding:
- Lead social media marketing efforts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Strengthen brand positioning by showcasing IPS’s expertise in outsourcing services.
- Handle online reputation management and client engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM tools.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- A/B test campaigns and landing pages to maximize performance.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the BPO industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn marketing, and automation tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the BPO sector, including lead acquisition strategies for outsourcing services.
- Creativity & Analytical Skills: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies backed by data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
- Experience in international B2B marketing for outsourcing services.
