If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the Company's goals.
· Identify target audiences and develop campaigns to engage them Efficiently and Effectively.
· Oversee and manage the Company's Social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Linkedin and TikTok).
· Develop and create engaging posts, and monitor social media analytics.
· Work closely with Graphic Designers, and content creators to develop compelling and shareable digital content.
· Utilize various media formats such as videos, images, and graphics to enhance online presence.
· Optimize the company's websites and pages for search engines to improve visibility.
· Monitor website analytics and implement strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
· Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing efforts and generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Collaborate with team to align digital marketing efforts with the branding and goals.
· Support company in building the online presence through various digital channels.
· Implement new and innovative strategies to stay ahead in the competitive industry.
· Develop company websites using Wordpress, Framer, HTML, and CSS
REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven work experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably within our industry
· Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
· Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
· Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
· Must have a Learning attitude
· Must have experience of HTML, CSS, WordPress, Framer and website development.
