Job Description
Matrix seeks a Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and digital strategies for the European and U.S. markets. The role focuses on LinkedIn outreach, paid campaigns, SEO, AI-powered automation, and content generation to attract B2B prospects.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, works independently, and collaborates with the Marketing and BD team graphic designer and senior leadership to execute impactful strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Content & Branding Strategy
- Develop B2B content (LinkedIn posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, blogs).
- Ensure branding consistency across digital marketing materials.
- Create sales assets (brochures, presentations, pitch decks).
- Work with the graphic designer to align materials with brand identity.
- Generate event-related content for industry fairs.
- Maintain competitive brand positioning.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute LinkedIn and B2B digital campaigns for lead generation.
- Lead email marketing campaigns and CRM-driven engagement.
- Optimize inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Identify and test B2B marketing trends for conversion improvements.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
- Improve SEO rankings and user experience.
- Conduct SEO audits and track analytics.
- Optimize content, keywords, and landing pages.
4. Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Manage LinkedIn Ads & digital B2B campaigns for conversions.
- Analyze KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, lead quality) and optimize campaigns.
- Explore Google Ads for B2B growth.
5. AI & Automation
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) for content, automation, and analysis.
- Develop efficient AI prompts for workflow optimization.
- Stay updated on AI marketing innovations.
6. Competitor & Market Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitors for growth opportunities.
- Conduct SWOT analysis and benchmarking.
- Identify pricing strategies and market gaps.
7. Strategic Marketing Initiatives
- Create client pitch decks and presentations.
- Develop brand strategies based on industry trends.
8. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Align marketing strategies with senior management.
- Support sales and BD teams with marketing insights.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer on digital assets.
Required Education, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Must have 5-8 years of experience in the relevant field.
- B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in textiles, supply chain, or procurement.
- Expertise in LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Content writing & storytelling skills for B2B engagement.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools.
- Experience in LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, lead generation.
- AI proficiency—experience using AI tools & prompt formulation.
- Independent & data-driven approach.
