Job Description

We are hiring an E-commerce & Customer Support Executive in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Shopify store operations and orders
- Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Maintain Excel reports and trackers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
