We're looking for an 𝗘-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 & 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to manage our online store, improve e-commerce performance, and grow our social media presence.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage daily e-commerce store operations
• Add, update, and optimize product listings
• Monitor orders, inventory, and product performance
• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Plan and manage social media content calendars
• Create engaging content for social media platforms
• Monitor engagement, reach, and audience growth
• Research trends, competitors, and target audiences
• Support campaigns to increase traffic and online sales
• Track performance and prepare regular reports
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲):
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
• Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of social media management
• Knowledge of content planning and digital marketing
• Understanding of e-commerce trends and customer behavior
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
