Location: Karachi (SMCHS), Pakistan
We are soliciting for a driven and detail-oriented Manager E-Commerce Operations to lead our end-to-end online retail processes. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, handling high order volumes daily, and delivering a seamless digital shopping experience.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations across platforms (Shopify, Daraz, etc.)
- Manage high-volume order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory flow
- Lead coordination with warehousing, tech, CX, and merchandising teams
- Drive reporting, automation, and process innovation to improve efficiency
- Track KPIs including delivery timelines, return rates, and order accuracy
- Ensure platform health, product availability, and customer satisfaction
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- 6+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role overseeing teams and operations
- Strong command of Shopify, OMS, and inventory management tools
- Proven ability to handle high daily order volumes with operational precision
- Excellent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in automation, reporting, and continuous process improvement
