Position: Ecommerce Coordinator
Type: Remote, Full-Time
Shift: 7 PM to 3 AM
About the Role:
QMCC is looking for a Remote Ecommerce Executive to join our team. This role involves managing product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing content for better visibility. The ideal candidate should have experience in ecommerce product management and be comfortable working with Matrixify and Crowdship (training will be provided).
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and manage product listings on Shopify
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing for better visibility
Use Matrixify for bulk product data management
Coordinate with the logistics team and use Crowdship for fulfillment
Monitor product inventory levels and update listings accordingly
Ensure all product details are accurate and aligned with ecommerce best practices
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance online sales
Requirements:
Experience with Shopify (product listing, editing, and optimization)
Familiarity with Matrixify and Crowdship (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
Basic understanding of ecommerce SEO and product merchandising
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
