About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Email Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to manage and optimize email campaigns. You’ll work primarily with Klaviyo and Omnisend, leveraging AI tools to boost campaign performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo & Omnisend
Set up automated flows and optimize for sales and engagement
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability issues
Communicate confidently with clients in English, including video calls
Work independently and take initiative without micromanagement
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing
Strong skills in Klaviyo and Omnisend platforms
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
Growth-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability
