We’re Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist – U.S. SLED Market
Amanrasoft is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a Part-Time basis.
We’re seeking someone with strong hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns for the U.S. market, preferably with knowledge of the U.S. SLED (State, Local, and Education) market.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for the U.S. market.
• Build, manage, segment, and maintain high-quality email databases.
• Create professional, engaging, and conversion-focused email content.
• Develop email sequences for lead nurturing and business outreach.
• Manage campaign scheduling, testing, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Monitor key metrics including open rates, CTR, replies, conversions, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Research and identify relevant U.S. SLED organizations, audiences, and decision-makers.
• Maintain email marketing best practices and database quality.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to generate qualified leads.
Requirements
• 3–4 years of professional experience in Email Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. market, preferably the U.S. SLED sector.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
• B2B lead generation and outreach experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Candidate should be based in Karachi, Pakistan.
