Johar Town, Lahore | Full-time, 𝗢𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (with alternate Saturdays)
You will lead mechanical design engineers + electrical design engineers + 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 resources (𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗙𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀, 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆) while coordinating closely with procurement, production, and other engineering teams.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀:
• Strong project ownership and delivery track record
• 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 experience managing a team of engineers and workshop staff
• Ability to plan, prioritize, remove blockers, and hold people accountable
• Comfortable working alongside design engineers and workshop trades without needing to do the design work yourself
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Own end-to-end engineering & workshop projects (kickoff → design coordination → prototyping → testing → production handover)
• Lead and coordinate mechanical + electrical design engineers and the full workshop team
• Drive project planning, risk management, progress tracking, and clear documentation
• Plan daily/weekly workshop activities and track material requirements & productivity
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and production teams, and escalate issues early
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Proven experience managing engineers and/or workshop/multidisciplinary teams
• Strong Project Management, prioritization, and problem-solving ability
• Working knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, and basic manufacturing processes
