Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Qualification: MCS / MBA-IT / BCS or Equivalents
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
- Installing, configuring, identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
- Maintain, installation, upgradation, security, backup and redundancy at end-user systems
