Qualification & Experience: MCS MBA-IT/BCS or equivalent 2 to 3 years hands on IT Systems like cisco, sonic wall & windows 10 for enterprise
Skills:
Value Added certification: MCSA CISA/MCP
Adequate knowledge of ICT usage
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking Installing, configuring, identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems and using remote desktop conneclions to provide immediate support Maintain, installation, upgradation, security, backup and redundancy at end-user systems
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams also ensure all issues are properly logged
