We are expanding our team at WebSphereX and are looking for a Female Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who knows how to turn conversations into clients, not just send messages into the void.
This is not a copy-paste-template role. You will be responsible for managing our Top Rated Plus Upwork profile, analyzing job postings, and crafting proposals that actually win projects, alongside running strategic outreach on LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers like CEOs, Founders, and Product Owners, and turning those conversations into real leads.
What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor and manage our premium Upwork profiles
- Analyze job postings and write tailored, high-converting proposals
- Identify and connect with targeted decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Run outreach campaigns and manage lead pipelines from first message to qualified call
- Track and report on proposal performance and outreach results
- Collaborate with the team to refine positioning and messaging based on what's working
What We Are Looking For
- 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience bidding on Upwork and/or running LinkedIn outreach
- Proven track record of landing projects or booking qualified calls, not just sending volume
- Strong written communication: you know how to write a proposal that gets read
- Familiarity with Upwork's algorithm, connects strategy, and proposal structure
- Self-motivated and able to own targets independently
Great Fit If You Also Have
- Experience with CRM GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar outreach tools
