Job Description
About the role
We’re looking for a Front-end Engineer who builds polished, high-performance interfaces in Vue.js and is comfortable working across the stack. You’ll own user-facing features end to end on our SaaS product: building them in Vue, connecting them to Node.js and Laravel services, and working directly with product, design, QA and customer-facing teams to get them into production.
What you’ll do
- Build and own user-facing features in Vue 3 (Quasar is a big plus), from design to production
- Write clean, reusable components and manage state with Pinia/Vuex
- Integrate with REST APIs and make changes in our Node.js and Laravel services when a feature needs it
- Build and support third-party integrations (payments, auth, CRMs and similar)
- Keep apps responsive, cross-browser compatible, fast and accessible
- Debug production issues across frontend and backend, and ship fixes quickly
- Work with backend developers, designers, QA and customer-facing teams; turn requirements into working features
- Take part in code reviews and help raise the team’s engineering standards
Must have
- 4–5 years of professional front-end development, with at least 3 years on Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API)
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS; TypeScript preferred
- State management with Pinia or Vuex
- Hands-on experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Laravel: building or changing APIs, not only consuming them
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication (JWT/OAuth) and role-based access
- Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
- Clear communication in English and comfort explaining technical decisions to non-technical people
Nice to have
- Quasar Framework experience
- Experience at a SaaS product company (multi-tenant apps, billing, dashboards)
- MySQL/PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD, AWS
- Unit/E2E testing (Jest, Vitest, Cypress)
- Experience building third-party integrations
