This is a hybrid opportunity based in Islamabad for highly experienced professionals ready to lead, mentor, and deliver quality in a fast-paced, compliance-sensitive environment.
📍Location: Islamabad (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
🕓 Timings: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (PKT)
💰 Salary: Highly paid – offered in USD
🌟 What You’ll Do:
-Drive front-end development using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring high standards in code quality, performance, and scalability.
-Collaborate directly with international clients (Canada/US) to gather requirements, present updates, and conduct live demos.
-Actively contribute to building and maintaining the front-end architecture for complex, user-centric applications.
-Support junior developers through technical mentorship, peer reviews, and code walkthroughs.
-Stay updated on the latest front-end trends and integrate best practices into ongoing development.
-Work within deadlines and ensure timely delivery in a collaborative, agile team environment.
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
-5+ years of Front-End development experience with strong expertise in React.js.
-Excellent communication skills – comfortable speaking with international clients, leading demos, and syncing regularly.
-Hands-on experience in health-tech or compliance-driven apps is a huge plus.
-Strong understanding of agile workflows and deadline-driven development.
-Knowledge of modern front-end tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization techniques.
-Proactive learner who follows emerging trends in the front-end world.
🔎 Additional Info:
-Must be comfortable with hybrid work (3 days from our Islamabad office).
-Working hours are 4 PM to 12 AM (PKT) to align with North American time zones.
