Job Description
We are looking for a Front-End Engineer who is responsible for translating the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.
Requirements Develop, follow and ensure high standards of usability, consistency and clarity in UI design across different platforms e.g. desktops, smartphones, tablets and Big screens.
- Solve different UI challenges like browser compatibilities issues, different resolutions etc.
- Front End UI development using HTML, CSS3, Javascript, Typescript, JQuery and responsive UI frameworks like Foundation, Bootstrap, Material UI etc.
- Learn & adopt new frameworks.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with the UX team and other team members and stakeholders.
- 3+ years experience in UI/UX development using HTML5, CSS3, Jquery and responsive UI frameworks like Foundation, Bootstrap etc.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
- Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Knowledge of AngularJS & ReactJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
