𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
→Build, optimize, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
→Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end.
→Ensure strong performance, accessibility, and visual quality across the product.
→Integrate REST APIs and work across the full frontend development lifecycle.
→Write clean, reusable, scalable, and testable code following industry best practices.
→Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
→5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
→Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Next.js, and modern tooling such as TypeScript and bundlers.
→Excellent eye for visual detail, animations, and high-quality user interactions.
→Ability to translate concepts and product requirements into refined, polished user experiences.
→Interest in working with AI technologies, including LLMs, chat, voice, and generative UI.
→Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and Git best practices.
→Background in healthcare, insurance, or familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
→Familiarity with performance profiling tools, analytics platforms, or A/B testing frameworks.
