Position: Full Stack Developer (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software
Participate in daily team sync-ups and client communications
Conduct code reviews and resolve complex technical issues
Ensure responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
Follow clean coding standards and maintain comprehensive documentation
Utilize Git for version control and CI/CD deployment workflows
Required Qualifications
1 - 4 - 5 Years of proven experience in Full Stack Development
Strong command of JavaScript or Python for back-end development
Hands-on experience with Vue.js and/or React.js (React Native is a plus)
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, or Bootstrap
Experience working with RESTful APIs and databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
Familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and AWS or other cloud platforms
Exposure to Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL is highly desirable
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
