About the Role:
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to oversee production support, manage a team, troubleshoot technical issues, improve application performance, and work closely with development teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage EDMS & BPM support specialists
• Resolve production issues and manage resources
• Troubleshoot and improve system performance
• Implement monitoring and proactive issue detection
• Manage documentation and system changes
• Conduct team performance reviews
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance
• Improve support processes and efficiency
• Follow Agile and DevOps best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field
• 4+ years of IT support experience
• 1+ year of managerial/team leadership experience
• Experience with EDMS, BPM & Velocity application support
• Knowledge of EDMS, BAW & Microservices
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/DevOps
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
