Hashloops Technologies is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer / Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead to join our growing team in Lahore. If you have 6+ years of experience and are ready to lead technical teams while building cutting-edge web applications — we want to hear from you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers
Design and develop full stack applications (React + Node.js)
Define architecture and coding best practices
Manage project timelines and conduct code reviews
Collaborate across product, design, and QA teams
Ensure application performance and scalability
Participate in agile ceremonies and deployment processes
✅ Required Skills:
6+ years of hands-on full stack development experience
Advanced OOP concepts, MEAN & MERN stack expertise
Proficient in REST APIs, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and MongoDB
Familiar with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and various ORMs
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience with Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL
Cloud knowledge: AWS, GCP, or Azure
Agile/Scrum background
Testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, etc.
