Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead – Full-Stack Development to oversee the end-to-end development process, mentor a team of developers, and drive the technical vision of our projects. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in MERN, MEAN, Python, Flask, Node.js, Next.js, and React.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead the development team in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js, Next.js, Python, and Flask.
- Architecture & Code Quality: Ensure high-quality coding standards, optimize performance, and implement best development practices.
- Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
- Project Execution: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Cloud & Deployment: Manage deployments on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and implement innovative solutions to enhance development efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in leading development teams.
- Technical Skills:Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular
- Backend: Node.js, Flask, Express.js, Python
- Database: MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL
- Cloud Services: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and effective communication skills.
