💼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1.5–2 Years
I am hiring on behalf of a fast-growing tech company that helps startups move fast and scale smart. They build modern, intelligent, and impactful software with a 10x mindset, and they're looking for engineers who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
✅ Build and maintain full-stack apps using Node.js, Express/NestJS, React & Next.js
✅ Develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and third-party integrations
✅ Work on frontend features, dashboards, forms, and reusable components
✅ Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or ChatGPT to boost dev speed & productivity
✅ Collaborate with senior engineers to turn requirements into working solutions
✅ Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
✅ Participate in code reviews and grow through feedback
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
🔹 1.5–2 years of experience as a full-stack or backend-focused engineer
🔹 Hands-on with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
🔹 Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks
🔹 Working knowledge of React or Next.js
🔹 Comfort with relational or NoSQL databases
🔹 Familiarity with Git and modern dev workflows
🔹 Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
🔹 Good problem-solving skills and strong English communication skills
They're not just looking for someone who writes code; they want someone actively learning how to become a better engineer. Comfortable using AI tools, but responsible enough to understand, review, and improve what you ship.
